She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Murchie (Buckley); and her sister Catherine Graham. She is survived by: her father Douglas Murchie (Patricia) of Beaverbank; her sons, Kristopher Gillis (Ashley) of Oshawa, Ontario and Kory Gillis (Sarah) of Mount Uniacke; her grandsons, Erik and Gavin; her aunt Julia "Jule" Babin; her brother-in-law Richard Graham; and her nieces, Meghan and Melissa.
