He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Punch (Cameron) and Dan R. Punch; his birth mother Delina Babin; and his siblings-in-law, Vange Hatfield, Marie MacDonald (Angus), Eddie, Billy and Grant.

He is survived by: his wife Katherine (Grant); his children, Dwayne Punch, Andrew, Rylee and Jennifer Punch (Paul Myette); his grandchildren, Aidan and Nora; his daughter Shauna Hachey (Jordan Hachey); his grandchildren, Jasper and Beatrice; and his siblings-in-law, Lorna Chisholm (Dermot), Carmen Hatfield and Dave MacEachern (Mary Anne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the C. L. Curry Funeral Home (135 College St, Antigonish, NS B2G1X9). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (45 Old Trunk Rd, Monastery, NS B0H1W0).

Donations in memory can be made to the St. Peter's Parish, Tracadie or the Tracadie & District Volunteer Fire Department.
