He is survived by: his daughter Tammy (Kingston); his sisters, Dorothy Marsh of Halifax, Patsy Wagner of Halifax and Carol Horne of Halifax; his granddaughter Julia Bowie (Pierce); and his great grandchildren, Veda and Juniper of Duncan, B. C..
