He was predeceased by: his stepmother Pauline Thompson (White); his brother Michael Thompson; and his grandparents, Harold and Leona Thompson. He is survived by: his father Audley Thompson; his close friend Lucy; his pet Lucy; his daughter Melissa Sheaves (Peter); his siblings, Teresa Thompson and Audley Thompson of Red Deer, AB; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Carolyn, Isaiah and Sam. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
