He was predeceased by: his father Perry Freeman. He is survived by: his children, Emily (Lethbridge) and Willis (Edmonton); his mother Ina Whitman (Frank) of Lawrencetown; and his siblings, Jackie Bent (Eric), Berwick, Debbie, Coldbrook, Leigh (Carol), Bear River East, Roger (Gail) and Elk. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
