He was predeceased by: his parent Rubin King; and his siblings, Gert, Roy and Carl. He is survived by: his parent Annie King (Jenkins); his wife Elizabeth M. "Betty" Elliott; his children, Deborah Jarsez (Jerry), Fred King (Holly) of Kingston, Carl King (Jackie) and Stayner; and his stepchildren, Kathy McKinley (Rob) of Bramber, Wendy Robicheau (Rick) of Doucetteville, Janet Lowe (Colin) and Darren Wallace. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; sisters, Muriel Reid and Joan Burt, both of Newfoundland; Melvina (Nathan) Marsden, New Brunswick; brother, Jack King, Newfoundland/Alberta; several nieces and nephews.
