He was predeceased by: his parents, Robie Emmett and Bertha "Isabelle" Emmett (Gehue); and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his son Troy (Shyloe); his granddaughters, Ryean and Jordan; his brother Robert "Bob" Emmett of Windsor, NS; and his sister-in-law Lori Emmett.
