He is survived by: his parents, Samuel F. and Rhoda Bent (Slocomb); his wife Shirley E. Rafuse; his children, Lynn Spears (David) of Lawrencetown and Brian; his grandchildren, Amanda Spears, Zachary Bent and Belleville; his siblings, Rhoda Pembleton (Matthew), Ruth Bent-Bartman, St Jean, Donald Bent (Shirley), Lawrencetown Bent and Terry Bent (Susan); his sisters-in-law, Betty Woodworth (Charlie), Donna Underwood (Bill) and Trout Lake; and his nieces and nephews, Donna, David, Joy, Graham, Stephen, John, Suzanne, Cathy, Jeff, Peter and Angela.
