He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Russell and Alma Russell (Joudrey); and his stepgrandson Dustin. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Burgoyne; his children, Ann (Richard), Sandra (Gerald), Dianne and Allan (Brenda); his grandchildren, Brittany, Christopher, Brandan and Meagan; his great grandchild Abigail; his stepgrandson Kyle; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Leyah.
