We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2022, at the age of 56, Kristin DeVany Grimson Sanford of Middleton, Nova Scotia, born in Perth, Ontario passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kristin DeVany Grimson Sanford to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Colin Donald Grimson of Montreal; and her brother Matthew Grimson. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Samanari "Sama" and Joric "Maruka" Sanford of Salybia, Dominica.; her husband Nicholas; and her mother Katherine "Kitty" Forrestall. She is also survived by her sons and two grandchildren.

She was a very active member of the Somalia Immigration Foundation and a loyal volunteer for the NDP party of Canada.
