He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Ryerson and Greta L. Ryerson (Rainforth); his daughter Darlene; and his siblings, Ferne (Philip), Elroy and Edward Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Pauline M. Foster; his children, Robert (Andrea), Teena (Steven), Scott (Melanie) and Tim (Rhonda); his son-in-law Rudy; his grandchildren, William (Minji), Joseph, Cassandra (Corey), Trevor, Shawn (Robin), David (Lee), Ian (Kali), Brooklyn, Nathan, Madison, Alex, Tiffany and Shane (Cassie); his great grandchildren, Bentley, Olivia, Allie, Isabelle, Raelynn, Ailina, Liam, Hayden and Charley; his siblings, Frank (late Betty Ann), Julia (late John) and Neil (late Joy); and his sister-in-law Ida.
