He is survived by: his brother Winston of Middleton; and his nieces and nephews, Diana Rice (Kevin), Karen Strong (Royal), Neil Barkhouse (Shelly), Michael Barkhouse, Sherry Thompson (Shane) and Tonya Barkhouse.
