She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fredericks and Emma Fredericks (Meisner); her son Daniel Keith "Danny" Saunders; her great grandchild Madison; her former husband Keith Perry Saunders; her husband Ronald Harry Rafuse; and her siblings, Grace Balsor (Vance), Elsie Barkhouse (George), Marjorie Rockwell (Lawrence), Mary, Henry, William, Joseph and Grant.

She is survived by: her daughter Marlene Joy Saunders; her grandchildren, Daniel-Alan Butler (Jessica), Scott Saunders (Megan) and Anitra Cronin (Andrew); her stepgrandchildren, Jasmine Bradley (Kristen) and Liana Rhodenizer (Sebastian); her great grandchildren, Kaydan Butler, Raina and Maddox Saunders; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ami, Kalana, Peyton and Hudson; her daughter-in-law Debbie Vandenhof (Micheal); and her nieces, Bernice Landry and Doris Doherty.
