He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marion and Winston. He is survived by: his parents, William Spurr and Nina Spurr; his wife Carol; his children, Scott Spurr-MacKay and Mary-Alice Spurr-MacKay; his brothers, Bill, Laurie and Henry; and also Kingston.
