She was predeceased by: her parents, Elaine Pearle (Brewster) and Lorne Pearle; her former husband Erle Gillis; and her brother Lorne "Ivan" (Adelbert "Del"). She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Benjamin; her sons, Darren, Craig and Evan Gillis (Terri) of Rockland, ON; her grandchildren, Nathan and Payton; her stepchildren, Helen Ribble (Steven), Puslinch, John Benjamin (Kim) and Nictaux; and her brothers, James Pearle (Sandy Henry), Meadowvale, Keith Pearle (Bonnie), Moshers Corner and Ross Pearle (Ellen).
