He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cook and Edith Cook (Dodd); his daughter Marie LeeAnne Cook; and his brother Rexford Cook. He is survived by: his wife Sandra E. Johnstone; his children, Tyler (Magen Blinn) and Kendra Strong (Mike); his grandchildren, Ethan Cook (Patience Johnson), Bailey Cook, Dykohta and Kamryn Strong; his great grandchild Avery Cook; and his siblings, Richard Cook (Elaine), Cape Breton, Dorothy Bellmare (Ron), Moschelle and Linda Cook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
