She was predeceased by: her parents, Merville Hatt and Annie Hatt (Fisher); her husband Jack; and her siblings, Marjorie, Georgina, Ada, George, Lewis, Walter, Claude and Lloyd.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Victoria Vale (Rosemary), Anne Marie (Don) of Halifax and Catherine (Doug) of Halifax; her grandchildren, Kira, Aiden and Bronwyn; and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Adina, Zahara and Hannah.
