He was predeceased by: his parent Jordan Douglas; his brother Jordan Albert; and his former wife Rebecca Hart. He is survived by: his parent Muriel Vivian Zwicker (Fash); his wife Maxine Snyder; his children, Tim Levy and Lisa Levy (James); his grandchildren, Veronica and Jeremy; his great grandchild Aubrey; and his siblings, Carolyn Kennedy (late John), Dorothy Saltzman (Wylie), Donald "Donnie" (Judy), Barry (Carol), John "Jack" (Linda), Randy (late Carolyn), Robert "Bobby" (Brenda) and Kevin (Trina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
