He was predeceased by: his sister Lucy Forsyth. He is survived by: his wife June (Neville); his daughters, Christine Beck (Stan), Reno, Nevada, Patricia Kirby (Wendell) and Georgia; and his grandson Liam George Kirby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
