With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elwood David Dukeshire (Middleton, Nova Scotia), born in Bear River, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 22, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Dukeshire and Kathleen M. "Bonnie" Dukeshire (Durling). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis A. Spinney-Coleman; his children, Nerissa Smith (Cory), Philip Dukeshire (Jennifer), Alan Coleman, Josh Coleman (Laura) and Torbrook; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Ryan, Mary, Owen, Graydon, Liam, Sean, Matthew, Kaylyn and Caleigh; his great grandchildren, Harrison and Bentley; his sisters, Harriet Hannam (late Kenny) of Bridgetown and Hilda Archibald (late Sandy) of Annapolis Royal; and his niece Tammy Hannam. He is also survived by several nephews and other nieces.
Donations in memory may be made to Annapolis County Ground Search and Rescue.
