She was predeceased by: her parent Gordon Logan; her husband Merrill S. Cook; and her siblings, Maureen Fraser, Marilyn Gray and Gordon Logan.
She is survived by: her parent Catherine Logan (Smith); her daughter Judy Talbot (Jacques); her granddaughters, Michelle Talbot (Robert Salter), Angela Montgomery and Jacqueline Talbot; her great grandchildren, Isabelle Montgomery and Abigail Montgomery; and also Kemptville.
Donations in her memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or to St. Monica's Roman Catholic Church, Middleton.
