She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Jones and Cornelia N. Jones (MacFarlane); her former husband Reginald Mills; her husband Gerald R. Strader; and her siblings, Joyce Riley, Eldon and Randy Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Mills of Urbania, N. S., Byron Koenig-Mills (Shirley) of Wolfville, N. S. and Mark Mills (Karen) of Victoria, B. C.; her grandchildren, Caroline (Paul), Sean (Kevin), Sarah (Marcel), Chimene (Bill), Brandon, Gabrielle (Greg) and Tyler; her great grandchildren, Orlando, Emilia, Maddy, Ryker, Tyson, Charlotte, Marco, Charlie, Augustus and Juniper; and her sister Vicki Wolfe (Brad). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Billtown Baptist Church (742 Steadman Rd, Centreville, NS B0P1J0). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at the Lakeview Cemetery.
