She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Tanner and Pearl Tanner (Tanner); her husband Ivan DeMone; her close friend Eldon Schwartz; her children, Patricia Anne Josey and Wayne Ivan DeMone; and her siblings, Margaret DeMone, Gladys Biermann, Hilda Wamboldt, Lucille Drolet, Maxwell and Morton.

She is survived by: her son-in-law Gary Josey (Judy Stephens); and her grandchildren, Denise Josey (Shaun Drolet), Deanna Banks (Mike), Debra Foley, Kathy (Ray), Jennifer Tanner, Mitchell DeMone (Amanda) and Stacey DeMone. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
