He was predeceased by: his father Earle L. Kaulbach; his former wife Lisa A. Watkins; and his stepson Dillon Ogilvie. He is survived by: his mother Katherine S. Kaulbach (Rice); his fiancé Stacy L. Amero-Ogilvie; his stepchildren, Adam Ogilvie and Jessica Lloyd; his stepgrandson Charlie Ogilvie; and his siblings, Dianne Nowe (Brian), Susan Fader (Christopher Robin), David Kaulbach (Joyce), Lequille and Brian Kaulbach (Megan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
