It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernice Minnie Powell (Middleton, Nova Scotia), born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Rev. Douglas A. C. Porter; her husbands, Everett Powell (Pugh) and Grafton Outhouse; and also David. She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy Outhouse (Roger) and Carol Titus (Mark); her stepsons, Everett Powell (Christine), Lewis Powell (Rita) and Peter Outhouse (Jean); her sisters, Margaret Rose (James) and Iris Porter of Moncton, N. B.; her sister-in-law Ella Porter; and her grandchildren, Steven Outhouse (Jen), Richard Parsons (Jena), Sarah Macdonald (Brian), Kate Dowdle (Felicity), Michael Titus (Amy) and Brianna Faulkner (Alex). She is also survived by six step-grandchildren and several step-great grandchildren.
