It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernice Geneva Mahar of Middleton, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harris Webber and Mable Webber (Horne); her husband Henry Mahar; her son Earle Mahar of Greenwood; her siblings, Maureen and Earle; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Webber of Windsor and Reynolds Carty of Kingsport.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Graves of Berwick and Judith Fredericks (Tim) of Middle Sackville; and her grandchildren, Michael Graves (Debbie Forsythe), Darrell Graves (Shauna), Angie Jennex (John), Jonathan Fredericks, Scott Mahar (Karen) and Michelle Finch (Jason). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations, in Bernice's memory, may be made to the Alzheimers Society or the Aylesford United Church.
