She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Bent and Lorraine Bent (Parsons); and her siblings, Shirley Spicer, Alice Scotney, Edith Johnstone, Sheila Bent, George and Charlie Bent.
She is survived by: her daughter Doris Morton of Toronto, ON; her brothers, Donald (Janet Hill) of Waterville, Alan Bent of Waterville, Mikel Bent of Waterville, Lloyd Bent (Karla) of Waterville and Leslie Desrochers (Patches); and her grandchildren, Thomas Labrador, Tanequa Lowe and Tyrin Morton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Middleton Funeral Home (398 Main St, Middleton, NS B0S1P0).
Donations in her memory may be made to Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
