She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred Dean and Arthurine Dean (Drysdale); her husband Lorne; her sons, Clinton, John and Allan; and her siblings, Florence, Violet, Harry, William and Allan.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Totten (Allan), Lorne Gilbert (Dorothy) and Paulette Holland (Bruce); her daughter-in-law Jennifer Gilbert; and her sister Sylvia Newhook. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren.
