With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Horton Reid Trethewey of Middle Sackville, Nova Scotia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2025 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his son Jason; his siblings, Maxine Musgrove, Harry and Clyde; and his parents, Leslie Trethewey and Bernice Trethewey.
He is survived by: his wife Lorna; his children, Jody and Joshua; and his close friend Richard Snyder. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Atlantic Funeral Home Sackville Chapel (125 Sackville Dr, Lower Sackville, NS B4C2R3).
