He is survived by: his wife Rose Ella Welsman; his children, Peter Welsman (Joanne) and Heather Welsman; his grandchildren, Larrissa Mahar and Donovan Jarvis; his great-grandparent Peter; and his brothers, Gary Welsman, Kevin Welsman and Darrell Welsman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
