She was predeceased by: her parents, Garvie Smith and Audrey Smith (Evans); her sister Denyse; and her husband Jack. She is survived by: her siblings, David (Viola) and Dianne Wells; her nephew Mark Smith (Carrie); her nieces, Sherry Van Der (Trevor), Tammy Murphy, Bernice Murphy-Critch (Steve) and Andrea Illyas (Jehaan); and her friend Kenny Brown.
