He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Lewis and Camilla Lewis (Holland). He is survived by: his wife Leona Hyland; his children, Kara Campbell (Charlie), Doug Hyland (Alaina), Mike Hyland (Vanessa), Angela Faulkner (Kirk), Brian Hyland and Katie Tarr (Dwayne); his grandsons, Connor, Nathan, Carter, Tyler, Alex and Luke; and his brothers, Bill Lewis (Cindy), Tom Carroll, Rupert Lewis and Murray McGray. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
