With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Imelda Chiasson (Meteghan, Nova Scotia), who passed away on February 1, 2019 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerard; and her siblings, Regina, Roger, Stella, Amedée, Josephine, Lorette, Edouard, Priscille, Anita and Angèle.
She is survived by: her children, Roger (Jackie), Edmonton, Pierre (Heather), Cheticamp, Francine Chiasson of Comeauville, Annette Chiasson-Lauzon (Jim), Toronto, Lise Chiasson of Halifax, Carmenne Chiasson (Dave), Victor (Nancy), Ottawa, Theodore (Cecilé) and Hawaii; her grandchildren, Joel, Sylvie, Chris, Dru, Grace, Jared, Liam, Zachary, Kali and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Gibson, Ryland, Zachary, Mason, Alexander, Brayden, Rachel and Marieka.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or The Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia.
