Barbara Marie Babin Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Marie Babin of Meteghan, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 9, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Saulnier and Anna May Saulnier (Comeau); her husband Daniel Babin; her daughter Claudette; and her siblings, Lawrence, Roland, Bernice, Grace and Dina.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Doucet (Leonard), Anna Babin (late Herb Stiene) and Nora Babin (Darrell Corporon); her grandchildren, Daniel, Christian, Brendan and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Neveah, Jayden and Caleb; her stepgrandchildren, Meaghan Smith and Cara Duguay; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Autumn, Landon, Charlotte, Avery, William and Xavier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to any animal shelter or SPCA of Clare, or any children's breakfast program.
