Roland Camille Comeau Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland Camille Comeau of Meteghan River, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Camille Comeau and Delima Comeau; his father-in-law Raymond Deveau; his siblings, Rosella Saulnier and Raymond Comeau; and his siblings-in-law, Madeleine Deveau and Ralph Saulnier.

He is survived by: his wife Claudette Comeau; his mother-in-law Evangeline Deveau; his sisters, Marina Saulnier of Sackville, Jeanette LeBlanc (Louis) of Saulnierville and Maria Comeau of Meteghan River; his children, Janelle Comeau (Aaron Vanclief) of Saulnierville and Jean-Guy Comeau (Corinne) of Meteghan River; his grandchildren, Arielle Comeau (Brian Jones) of Sackville and Anya Vanclief (Nathan Tufts) of Saulnierville; his great grandchild Elliot Comeau-Jones; his siblings-in-law, Alain Deveau (Carol Anne), Paul Deveau and Vivian Comeau; his grandchildren, Punkin, Casey, Hershey, Arya and Molly; his friend Sparrow; and his close friends, Jean Soucie, Desire Leblanc and Donald Doucet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, and at Roland's request, all donations in his memory can be made to the Clare Golf and Country Club by writing a cheque payable to Clare Golf and Country Club.
