Roy Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Smith of Merigomish, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forbes and Florence Catherine Smith (Roy); and his sisters, Winnie Smith, Margaret MacFarlane and Dorothy Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Norene; his children, Glenn Smith, Anne-Marie Smith (Carl Davis), Brian Smith (Sarah Schuitema), Maine and Erin Smith; his grandchildren, Simon, Morgan, Ryan, Christopher Roy and Ariel; and his siblings, Edith Iceton (Terry), Ont, Janet Thompson and Harold Smith (Marion). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in memory of Roy to Riverview Cemetery, Merigomish.
