He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harris and Clothilde Harris (Ivy); his nephew Joseph Charles Chiasson; and his siblings, Eveline, Lucie Anne, Germaine, Marie Cecile, Patrick, Joseph, Tommy, Agnes and Dora Mae.

He is survived by: his wife Annette; his sons, Brian (Janice) and Kevin (Mary); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Joshua; his sister Marie Louise Desveaux (Henry); and his siblings-in-law, Angele, Regine (Alphée), Victor (Beverly) and Hubert (Sharon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
