He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen MacDonald and Emily MacDonald (Gibbons); his son Robert "Tigger"; his sisters, Yetti Doncaster and Vivian MacKinnon; and his brother-in-law Wayne MacPherson (Terri-Anne).
He is survived by: his wife Marlene (MacPherson); his daughters, Debi Walker (Kent), Big Ridge, Judi MacPherson (Blair) and Marion Bridge; his brothers, Harvey (Gail), Gilbert, Marion Bridge and Keith (Marlene); his brother-in-law John MacKinnon; his grandchildren, Kent (Aeron), Robb (Robyn), Ryan (Anne), Kori (Jenn), Deanna and Liam (Danielle); and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Haylea, Jude, Kelly, Owen, Blair, Blayke, Brody, Kayden, Madeline, Grayson and Sadie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Marion Bridge Volunteer Fire Department or Bethel United Church.
