It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Freeman (Margaretsville, Nova Scotia), who passed away on April 8, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Winston Spencer Churchill; his brother Robert Freeman; and his son-in-law Stanley Wagner. He is survived by: his parent Aquila Maude Freeman (Chapman); his daughters, Kathy Wagner (Gary Grant), Judy Rehse (Eric) and Wendy Balcom (Mike); his siblings, Sylvia Steventon (Ted) and Gordon Freeman; his grandchildren, Kristy Wagner, John "Colin" Wagner (Katy), Eric Balcom, Katy Veinot (Catlin) and Liam Rehse; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Wagner and Lyza Wagner.
Donations in John's memory may be made to the Margaretsville Lighthouse Society or to a charity of one's choice.
