He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Jenny Rasmussen-Hasket; his children, Christopher Rasmussen (Tanya Shapoval), Wallace and Karla Brown (Evan) of Grand Prairie, AB; his grandchildren, Emma Rasmussen (Chad Darragh) of Tatamagouche, Linden of Tatamagouche, Josie Rasmussen of Tatamagouche, Finn Rasmussen of Tatamagouche, Nora Rasmussen of Tatamagouche and Olivia Brown of Grand Prairie, AB; his siblings, Janet Hogan (Al) and Daniel Hasket; his stepbrothers, Peter Hasket (Michelle) of Huntsville, ON and Bob Hasket (Satchico); his wife Carolyn Rasmussen (Jamieson); and his brother Erik Hasket. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
