Doreen Chalmers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doreen Chalmers of Malagash, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 7, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyola Upham and Archibald Upham; and her sister June Marie (Bob Chalmers). She is survived by: her sister Helen (William) of Pugwash, N. S.; and her children, Michael (Cheryl) of Berwick, N. S., Sandra (Robert) of Lower Sackville, N. S., Colin (Patti), Kitchener and Ont. She is also survived by six grandchildren; three step grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A graveside funeral service with interment will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday, July 25th at Miner's Cemetery, Malagash (Respecting all COVID-19 regulations).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital Healing Garden or the Hospital Auxiliary for the book exchange.
