He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Publicover (Fraser) and Doug Publicover. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sons, Doug (Angie) of Kingston, NS and Andrew (Alana) of Cole Harbour; his sister Marlene of Malagash; and his grandchildren, Mason, Zachary, Cassia and Gampie.
