He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Sr. Whynot and Evaline Whynot (Wilkie); his wife Audrey; and his siblings, Glen, Dawson, Lee, Delbert, Douglas, Willis and Dora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other extended family.
