He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Darlene; his daughters, Jennifer (Tim) and Dacia (Adrian); his mother Joan; his sister Heather; and his father Freeman Boliver.

Stephen passed peacefully in White Hills Long Term Care Centre after a long and hard-fought battle with early onset Alzheimer's disease.
