She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sheppard and Hilda Sheppard (O'Rourke); her husband Earl Percy Levy; and her brothers, Clarey, Howard and Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Nancy) and Annette; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jonathan (Emma), Justin (Sabrina) and Cody; her great grandchildren, Alayah, Drayden, Owen, Evelyn and Madden; and her siblings, Sylvia (Donnie) and Robert (Sheila).
