She was predeceased by: her mother Eva Goodwin. She is survived by: her husband Donald Lowe; her brother Ken Carroll; her grandchildren, Kathy, Jessee and Jason Mosher (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Zach and Ava Mosher.
