He was predeceased by: his parent Kenneth Carver; and his siblings, Frank (Dorothy) and Marguerite "Sis" Hamm (Terrance). He is survived by: his parent Hattie Carver (Swinimer); his children, Shaun and Donna Bruice (Kenton); his grandchildren, Valen, Tulah and Leighton; his sister Mary Swinimer; his son Mark; and also Angie Davidson.
Memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
