He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Ralph Lowe and Valma Lowe; his wife Elaine; his sisters, Joyce Sarty (William) and Donna Morgan (Evan); and his daughter-in-law Diane Lowe.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Lowe of Western Shore and Timothy (Laura Lowe); his grandchildren, Katherine Lowe of Western Shore, Jessee Lowe of Timberlea and Jason Mosher of Chester Basin; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Wile of Western Shore, Shelby Wile of Yarmouth and Ava Mosher of Chester Basin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Western Shore Fire Department, for which Bud served as a member for many years, in his younger years.
