He was predeceased by: his parents, Nina Smith and Bill Smith; his significant other Helen Smith; and his son William Smith (Billy). He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Corkum (Alan Veinot), Whynotts Settlement and Cindy Kotsalainen (Arto) of Scarborough, ON; his grandchildren, Justin (Shauna), Julie (Shawn), Jessica and Jeremy (Gina); his great grandchildren, Kolbi, Joshua, Elizabeth, William, Raya, Emersyn and Madelyn; and his sisters, Irma Smith-Schleihauf and Ruthie Josey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Garden Lots Cemetery, Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
