Velma Tanner Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Velma Tanner (Lunenburg, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 89, on June 15, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Miller and Daisy Miller (Tanner); her husband G. Clifford Tanner; and her sister Sandra Hatt (Miller). She is survived by: her children, Valerie Tanner (Byran O'Quinn) and Tim (Sylvin Levasseur); her sisters, Mona Knickle, Annette Dibbin, Blue Rocks and Darlene Miller; her grandchildren, Vanessa and Geoffrey Sanford; and her great grandchildren, Mya, Celina and Nicholas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's United Church, Upper Blue Rocks Cemetery, VON or to Lunenburg County Home Support.
